Could not recommend this hotel less - wish we could provide 0 stars. Had an asthma attack due to the state of the rooms and reception reassured despite a no refunds policy that they would provide a refund so we could stay somewhere else. Fast forward to a few weeks later and management have overruled this decision because they don’t have to pay it and advised the receptionist spoke out of turn and without appropriate approvals. State of the rooms was the worst we’ve experienced (old, run down, no AC, minimal ventilation, extremely dusty) with horrible almost threatening service to match. Management advised we should’ve stayed in the room despite the unsafe conditions that could have lead to hospitalisation. More time will be dedicated to responding to this message online than actually resolving the problem as promised.

On the plus side it’s close to Halensee S Hahn and it s quiet. Rooms are very basic, insulation of noise between floors is poor- we were on ground floor. Place lacks charm or soul. Not very warm or friendly. They offer a free bottle of water if you don’t change your towel. Wow! But it’s only a small bottle to be shared, how generous! No kettle or facilities in the room. Didn’t try the breakfast which looked dull. Vienna bakery by U Hahn very nice.

The hotel and the location is nice yes. But they do not offer dinner, only breakfast which is expensive... Staff was ok. I'd wait for a hotel like this to have some room products. They did not even have slippers.

The location is realy close to a central train station and bus stop. The hotel was really nice. Beautiful building in a quite area in berlin. staff were all friendly. The breakfast was excellent. My room was a standard room ( number 109). It was old fashion. What bothered me during my stay in this hotel was : my room was very cold!!!!! and it did not have proper heating equipment, which even made me use a blanket all the time.

Once upon a time the hotel surely had 4 stars. Today hardly 3. €20 for breakfast €4 for a bottle of water, the toilette was ok. Do not expect anything more. Not even a friendly behavior from the reception or even a smile. Old fashion room with dirt from long time ago. The toilette was ok and the room cleaning also.
