Worst experience ever!! The owner Manuel is so disrespectful once he gets his payment.H e doesn't provide anything without asking for extra money. Will not recommend even to my worst enemies BEWARE!!!

We stopped here for 2 months in Feb/March 2023. We loved the location with an almost local village feel and just a few minutes walk from the centre of Calangute. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Calangute and so close to beach. The spacious rooms were decorated brightly especially the bathroom with a large shared balcony. Thanks again to Manuel, Nisha, Andrew and Anric who were the perfect hosts, regularly going out of there way to help us out with anything we needed. They even gave us all a Goan evening with delicious food and entertainment from Anric and his guitar...a really great night. If your looking for a good clean guest house with a great location run by people that care you won't find better than Romaldos Guest House. All the best from Lin and Phil

Tucked away in a delightfully peaceful coconut and mango grove, this guest house is ideally situated just minutes from the beach and the busier shopping area. Once our taxi had eventually found Romaldo guest house we were greeted warmly and shown to our large clean family room with a balcony with level views of the palm fronds teeming with a variety of tropical birds. We were lucky to have seen monkeys and mongoose up close whilst having our drinks on the balcony. Our group were especially treated patiently, kindly and warmly by Manuel and his lovely family! Our group of 3 stayed here for a month but felt Romaldo guest house was suitable for both long and short stays.

First floor balcony room with ensuit bathroom and toilet. Manu very helpful organising transport from and to the airport, scooters available. Sister knowledgeable for doctors or other ailments. Very friendly family run guesthouse beach less than a minute away, great on a budget or long term. A/C or non A/C.

First of all I would like to say a great big thank you to Manuel, Nisha, Andrew and Anric for all their help when my wife and I were stranded in Goa recently due to the coronavirus lock down. They all went above and beyond in there efforts to help us and make our extra unplaned 2 week stay as pleasant as possible, providing us with fresh food, water and provisions, help with info on flights etc. and just helping us with anything they could and always with a happy smiling attitude. If your looking for a good clean guest house with a great location run by people that care you won't find better than Romaldos Guest House. Thanks again Manuel for all your help and Nisha for your wonderful Chicken Tikka Masala which just pipped Manuels pasta and fish dishes. Take care and stay safe, Linda and Phil.
