Hotel is good... Food is average but staff is very humble and hospitable… requests were always fulfilled.. if they put in little more effort they can do wonders… they are just doing a job and they can be trained well to do a better job…. Hope they get it

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. All you get is finger licking food, super cosy rooms and a jaw dropping view of the Beas river from your window. They have a very well maintained garden with apple trees(they'll definitely let you pluck some apples) and a small waterfall. Staffs are very much polite, amiable and cooperative. Had an amazing stay in the month of September. Would love to visit again.

Excellent service & beautiful property. Must visit once this hotel. Beautiful view from its window Its garden is also beautiful Well place to play for kids. Manager nishu is also have good management skills. For spending time purpose, one activity common room is also available here

The hotel is located near to mall road which is the main highlight. Rooms are clean and spacious especially the royal suite is the best I have been to.staff is attentive and Ready to help.prices are moderate as per season.food is on average side but nothing to complain about.overall me and my family had a wonderfull stay at the property.the kids also enjoyed playing pool in the play area.the garden area is also good if u want to sit out with your family for sm snacks in open air.all in all time well spent.
