Average hotel, but the stay was good. The room was small, but clean and neat. Room service was so good and room was very well cleaned in the morning hours. Overall experience was good and would be a good stay as stop and stay.

I booked this hotel for one day in tge month of June. This hotel is situated in prime location, walking distance to Besant Nagar beach. They gave a room which was decent, clean and comfortable with all basic amenities. More than what I expected for the price I paid for it. Best suited for solo travelers.

Hotel charged 1544 for one day that too without any complimentary breakfast, no free water, no dustbin in the room, no glass for drinking water. Whatever u ask, it is chargeable. Room was very tiny. When u enter the room, it looks like somebody smoked inside. I have to spary the room freshner. Only positive thing is they charge 24 hrs basis. No fix check in or check out time. The hotel is 1.5 to 2 km from elliot beach.

I won't recommend one to stay here if there are other hotels available. We booked the hotel in a hurry and had to stay there as we paid for 3 days, upfront! While checking in, we were allotted an AC Room, even though we book non-AC, as there was no non-AC room available. We agreed. But after two days, the manager called me and said I have to pay extra for AC Room! We didn't use AC - we do not book AC rooms as we do not feel comfortable. Ridiculous, but I was left with no other option. They were very rude while talking. I had to give in to their demands. The TV didn't work for the full first day. First day, they said I can call up if anything needed and when I said there's no phone in the room, they were like - the reception is nearby, you can walk up to us! The staff never came even after multiple calls. When they came, they were so sad and unenthusiastic to help you as anyone can be! Anyways, lot of problems to talk about. The lift is 3000 years old and does not operate properly. We just used it twice - while getting in and while going out. There is NO PARKING! You have to park the vehicle on the road, which is very dangerous with the kind of traffic and driving culture that Chennai has. Wifi was given to us later in Day 1, but the speed is as slow as it can be. Horrible! Only reason that they are getting a star rating extra is the location of the hotel. It is about 1.5 KM from beach. You can walk. There's a bus stand right infront to take you anywhere. The Metro Rail Station is also very near, about 2 KM. There are lot of hotels nearby for food. Apart from this, there's actually nothing to praise. Book this if you have no other options left.

Pretty decent place. Proximity to Bessie and Adyar make it a big plus and considering the price it is really good. Their card machine didn't work when I visited. So had to pay by cash. The place is clean but it could be a little cleaner.
