A very well maintained property spread across a large area, with direct access to the beach. The property has various types of rooms, and are sufficiently well appointed. They have multiple swimming pools, and a restaurant along with a cafe. The ocean backwater flows right by, you can do kayaking there. The staff is very helpful and courteous, and keep the place clean.

Do not visit this resort!!! I stayed here and the staff and front desk manager are awful, they fail to take responsibility for their mistakes and just say we cant do anything, this resort needs to change its staff and definitely check out its front desk manager as it is loosing customers due to this

We had celebrated a family function at the resort. The entire crew of the hotel was very helpful. Special mention of their Hotel Manager Ms. Shweta who had done a good job and was very instrumental in our choosing the property. We all had a great time. The vibe of property is excellent. This is a beach property and the beach is very clean . I strongly recommend the property for family events.

Superb experience and could like to stay ever time with same hotel . Behaviour of stop is so much appreciable front manager Mr Shivam so nice person and GM ane Suraj mind looking person. I love& like to stay here. And always suggest my family friends and officials to come over and talk with Mr Suraj . You never forgot . Love to stay in Riva. Costomer behaviour and relationship and services first priority by Mr Suraj and Mr Shivam.

First the good things - 1. In room dining & ordered food was amazing & tasty. Breakfast Buffet was satisfactory. 2. Very helpful & courteous staff 3. Very beautiful & green property 4. Connected to beach with private bridge. 5. Does have good facilities like gym, spa, mma centre, pools etc. Things that can be improved - 1. Rooms definitely needs renovation specially wooden furniture. It was broken or had mold at many places 2. Cleaning should be improved as corners in rooms & bathroom has stains or dust gathering as if not cleaned since long. 3. Many open areas also needs upgrade specially the area near bridge and waterfront. The wooden sitting area near is completely in shambles.
