Had booked rooms for three nights. Informed them that we would reach late due to slow moving traffic, still when we reached there by 1 am they did not give us the booked room Gave feeble excuse of water problem. I had to go in search of another hotel at 1 am in the morn with two tired kids in tow. They wanted us to stay in two separate rooms for three nights. Which I refused. They should have had the decency to call me up about the rooms or at least told me when I had called. Spoiled our whole Manali itiniary.

Its budget hotel ...this hotel is far from manali main market not recommended if you don't have private Car . this hotel mainly booked by tour agent because chip price , hotel service is also not as per mark , food quality was very basic. In my visit in march 2019 we booked this hotel for two day where we find that there is no room cleaning service for two day , no towel change even bad sheet is not fresh when we check in hotel .

nice view from hotel ,polite staff n all is good ,velly view , mall road is 15 mint walking but distance is very nice to cover with great view , hotel food is very good , services are very very good and best thing is hotel have restaurant .............

I stay 2 days in this hotel last month .hotel view was verry beautiful just problem was to find the hotel in night but in a day its very easy to find and 20mintue working distance from center point and the working was very nice ,overall good stay with good staff
