This hotel is exactly as it describes itself. Nothing fancy, but a clean escape from Mumbai. They give free water in the room that is safe for drinking. The AC was a bit strong (weird complaint I know), and the bathroom a bit tight. The street the hotel is on is great during the day, but we arrived around 1am and the view outside along with the constructions, unfortunately, means we wouldn't stay here again.

Bad customer service and no customer orientation at all. They just offer 2 bottles of water in the room and for everything you ask the staff has just one answer that it’s a management policy. Never seen such an attitude and lack of basic courtesy or service. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
