The bathroom, bath towel etc needs improvement. Inhouse service was superb and courteous. Food was commendable. And overall quite happy.
Worst experience and the hotel management knows how they treat their customers but they are happy with that behaviour.

Worst room layout Lights in the room are very dim Bathroom - no comments Bad food Pathetic service Location is a big minus point Pathetic staff of the restaurant Not at all they care for their customers and the reviews also I had booked this hotel for 2 nights with half board. Breakfast spread is good but food has no taste. Food is not a toodler friendly and they will charge you for the baby khichdi after this hefty booking amount. Also restaurant service is pathetic. You have to tell your requirement repeatedly than also they will not provide you the basic things like water and spoons. Location is very bad on highway. 9 kms from har ki Pauri. Also no autos available to go to anywhere in the haridwar. If you don't have any option to stay at haridwar than also please don't choose this hotel for your stay. Please go to hotels near to railway station or at Jasaram road of haridwar for good staying options and also near to har ki Pauri. Bathroom of this hotel has very bad layout. Basic things like jet spray is wrongly placed in the toilet. Shower area is like one can not stand at the shower. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a great stay at regenta orkos haridwar. Food was delicious lots of variety in dinner & buffet breakfast .rooms was neat & clean staff was very helpful I have booked first night from travel agent. Next night I have booked by hotel Mr. Bhuwan front desk person was very helpful....
