Had a very disappointing stay at Regenta Hotel, Raja Park, Jaipur. The room was poorly maintained — damaged flooring, bathroom floor in bad shape, and the shower was completely broken with water logging in the shower area. Electrical points didn’t work properly, and there were no TV channels available. Overall, it was a bad experience. Definitely not coming back without checking everything in advance. Needs serious maintenance and attention from the management. Rajesh

Every interaction here—from the reception to the chef and staff—has been top-notch and consistently welcoming. All thanks to Tanika and Ramji and Sanjayji Overall experience is mind blowing to me. I'll definitely visit again if I'd get the chance.

It was a very good experience and stay with Regenta Inn. Ms Kanika Biswas was very supportive and arranged early check in for me. Hospitality was top notch. Food and breakfast arrangements were done very well. They gave very good service to me.
