I stayed this place during my recent visit and will try to provide details about various aspects . Location It's located on the main road in Ambedkar Mohalla. Parking Very difficult to park in the basement due to limited space, parking is available on the main road and side roads. Room I had opted for a room which had 2 beds (1king bed + single bed). The king bed itself was very huge and can accomodate 2 adults and a kid easily. The room was very clean and very spacious. Other things like Towels, soaps etc etc were available. Food They don't have an in-house restaurant but they can arrange food from nearby restaurants. There are a few good restaurants within 1-2 kms radius. (Udupi Grace, The Crisp etc) Attractions All major attractions are within 3-5kms. Overall comfortable stay.

It was the worst experience. Whole room had a cigarette smell. Bedsheets & pillow covers were stinking. Hair strands were present all over the bed. Housekeeping person had an attitude problem. Wifi was lagging. Zero percent clean. TV, fan & AC was working fine.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean enough and maintained well. Appropriate pricing. The location is good and about 2 kms away is the Forum mall. A small basement that can accommodate about 3 small cars. If you have a big car, it can be parked outside the property. While it’s complimentary breakfast, it could be better in terms of range.

I have been visiting this hotel from past 5years. I was very comfortable with the location, atmosphere etc but now sadly one of the staff named Mr. Girish was very arrogant and rude since we were little late to check out (12:30) due to hospital appointment. The slang words spoke by him made us soo provoking, disturbing that we couldn’t resist and later ended up exchanging words. He was even ready to stretch his hands on us and we were shocked by his behaviour. I & my wife were completely dissappointed that we had to return without informing their senior management. Hence thought now would share the experience we underwent and shouldn’t be repeated again to other’s. Also request the management to take strict action on him and avoid such indiscipline behaviour to safeguard the interest of visitors/ tourists.
