The hotel is perfect if you consider it a self service accommodation with 0 staff. The staff that is present is highly confused and frankly a little infuriating. I came in around 11 and the rooms weren't ready. Understandable, but I wonder how busy they were on the Sunday night to not have any rooms on a Monday morning. Went to grab a coffee in the restaurant and had an absolute nightmare. Three different staff members and the manager himself (Dashrath if I remember correctly) scrambled to get a coffee and sandwich. I was first told the restaurant is closed, then told that the menu starts after 1230 pm (even though the menu clearly calls out 11 am). One of the guys candidly told me that the chef is cleaning up the breakfast and too busy to cook right now. After they got me to change my food order, they got completely stumped when I ordered an ice coffee (on their menu). The manager himself tried to convince me that there is nothing called iced coffee, and when I showed him the menu he seemed shocked. Apparently he had never read his own restaurant's menu. Sad that this passes as hospitality at branded hotel chains.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Service at restaurant os excellent. Deekshit, Dasrat, Balram and Venu were excellent with service. Deekshit was particularly helpful. Overal a good experience.
