we had a worst experience in this property we booked the Raunak International through Goibibo and was accommodated in Delhi Heights by the hotel staff, Rooms were dirty beds sheets had stains, Towels were having a stains of blood. AC was very loud and not effective at all.. We checked out with in two hours. Not coming back to this property.

Expedia let me down badly with this hotel. This is not a hotel but a hostel for students and it's fairly run down and below basic, yet, the nicest and most helpful staff, and it's in a quiet place! Loved the atmosphere of the area and all it offered.

I will not recommend this place to stay. Food was below average and service was let down. Maintenance is required at many places in the hotel. Lot of improvement require in front office staff behavior.

Very bad experience Booked at Raunak international but was accomodated in Delhi heights (adjoining property) Wrong GPS location on Goibibo Owner sitting right at the entrance of hotel was not bothered about inconvenience to guest over wrong GPS location. They were not able to provide drinking water properly, provided water in used miniral water bottle that too only once at arrival, after wards not even once even after asking thrice. Did not had even steel jugs or flasks to serve water to guests..... Very disappointing experience

Rooms are nice and as well as with all needy facilities as well as full Wifi..staff is responsive and mannered. Stayed here for few days and was pretty satisfied.I have seen previous reviews ..which are very old and horrible .. i dont know why they said it overpriced,dirty and blah blah ..you cant get much facilities like they are giving now in other hotels.. ! Its nice :)
