Good service staff great people friendly only think l didn't like price for what you get, abit much Location, walked around block didn't see anything So location for me wasn't great Breakfast was great service was good, as the staff were very engaging, friendly they ask you before you ask them for help, room for me wasn't worth 150 aud Overall experience was good

This was our second stay at the property within a year, and it was just as pleasant as the first. We booked the One Bedroom Residence, which was spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights for us is the view of the trains , my 2year old absolutely loves watching them go by! It’s a unique touch that keeps him entertained for hours. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

Great place to stay with all amenities provided in the Room. The Reception staff were very friendly and obliging to address any requests. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is great and it's easy to get around to many places. The entrance, the Lobby and the elevators were spick and span. The Coffee Shop served a great Buffet. Mr. Vinayak , Director of Sales was very helpful and understanding with reservation. The down points were the Pillows in the Room were very hard and totally uncomfortable, a simple request for a change was not possible, wish the hotel management takes this seriously. The Key card slot in the room needs attention, surprisingly they do not issue 2 cards per room. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were good with everything you need to have a comfortable stay Location was ok, Ubers and taxis to the gateway of India were cheap so location was not really a concern. I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Mumbai.

Excellent rooms, some with full kitchen. Very helpful staff. Yummy breakfast. Close to the station, a good starting point for exploring the city, but can be a bit noisy at night. Best value for money………………………………………………………………………………………….
