Located in Pune city center with neat and clean rooms though bit cozy in terms of room size. Food quality is also good. Quality of mattress and pillows needs to be improved. Shampoo kept in the shower is a flowy as water and even after my complaint next day same quality. This is more like 3 or 3.5 star hotel and definitely not a 4 star. Their rates are more than Blue diamond with no comparable services.

Attended a wedding with about 10 other families. Check in was a breeze. Rooms are spacious and clean. They helped with ironing. Breakfast buffet was very pleasant. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The spa was also great. Had a unique door Massage.
