Neat and clean rooms, very good breakfast option and very good hospitality from staff. However rooms look dated and require some make over.

Stay in well appointed room was very homely n comfortable. Staffs were cooperative,alert n ready to help gladly.I am impressed by personal touch of Saurbh at the travel dewdesk,was ways ready ,even beyond office hours, to arrange transport and suggest places to visit.His personal touch made all the difference.

This was the most relaxing stay in my whole trip. I stayed for a couple of days in this hotel and the staffs over here are friendly and helpful too. I had my dinner where Mridul, Ajay and Pradipta helped me with my order. They greeted us with at most respect and served us well too. They were very helpful in our whole supper. It was a great feeling when such people serve you with a happy smile and brings joy all around. Thank you so much brother’ and the whole Ramada family for this great stay. Thank you so much. Would really appreciate this hotel, stay and the staffs over here.

I had an unfortunate experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham JHV Varanasi that significantly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an unpleasant odor in the front lobby, which extended to the corridors and the assigned room. The situation was exacerbated by the recent application of pest control chemicals, making the air quality very poor and breathing difficult for both guests and staff alike. The room itself was far from welcoming, housing an overwhelming number of mosquitoes, likely a side effect of the pest control efforts, posing a health risk especially concerning given the presence of a 4-month-old baby. This environment, filled with potential dangers such as malaria or other mosquito-borne diseases, was not what I expected from a reputable hotel. My experience was distressing, especially during a time when I was in Varanasi for such a personal and sensitive purpose - to perform the last rites for my father. Due to this experience, I left the hotel immediately after check-in and walked into another hotel named DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi where I had a great experience.
