Bed and sheets were clean. The rest of the room was run down and not sure how clean it was. We only stayed one night and opted not to use the shower as it didn’t look sanitary. The pictures looked nice however I think they were likely from 20-30 years ago. The door frame was loose and looked like it may have been ported open at some point. I’m pretty sure I could break through the door even if the deadlock was engaged. Not sure but I think some of the folks staying were either temporary housing or immigrants. There was security on the hall which was good. The front desk staff was pleasant.

The staff was nice but the whole place looked old and outdated. The hall carpet was worn through to the backing in one spot on floor. The whole place desperately needs an update. Behind the front desk the wall was all banged up and half had been painted.

It’s convenient for one night just to sleep. I’m sure in the past it was a really nice hotel but now I think it’s not really what it was. The breakfast was disgusting don’t take the eggs 🤢. Coffee doesn’t taste coffee really weird taste. The room was old but looks clean. Not amazing hotel but for the price and just for one night it’s raisonnable.

I had a terrible experience and was mortified for myself and spouse that I had booked it upon checking in and getting to the room. It starts walking through loitering men outside and inside the lobby that it seems are living on the property via "DSS Albany" as the building seems to be housing non Ramada Plaza paying hotel guests as some sort of shelter or such as you also have to go through two security guards to get to your room. That's after going through the rudest check-in person I've ever met - my spouse and I couldn't believe how horrible he was. Poor condition of the whole building - hallways, elevator, room, ceilings, walls, bathroom (non stop dripping faucet), smell, etc. In the hallway towels clean or dirty left in huge bag on the hallway floor overnight. However, I will say the bed was very nice and comfortable, good pillows, and clean sheets to be fair - I slept well. But the bathroom I wouldn't shower in. If I had my parents or if I had kids I would have left the hotel after checking in and seeing the room and passing through the building.

Stayed over on a Saturday night while going to a concert. The room price was excellent and the room was clean. That being said, the room was also very old and did not have many updates. The rest of the hotel was sketchy, and I worried about leaving my rand new car in the lot overnight.
