Excellent front office staff, good ambience, pool & spa is excellent. The one and only fully lake facing hotel in Alappuzha. Travel Desk is very helpful and house boat ride with buffet lunch is amazing.

AnOur stay at Ramada was exceptional! We were warmly welcomed with an Aarti and Tikka along with refreshing drinks. The front desk staff, particularly Devanandana and Sofiya, were incredibly polite and helpful. They even upgraded us to a premium lake room with a stunning view. We also had a fantastic houseboat ride, thanks to the assistance of Mr. Sanal, Mr. Ananth, and Ms. Chinchu. The entire experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. We'll definitely return! Kudos to the front desk team for making our stay unforgettable.❤️
