Good location and convenient for us as it was a 2-3 min walk away from KREA admin office, where we had to report early in the morning. Restaurant manager was kind enough to open the breakfast buffet early for us, so that we could have a quick bite. Had booked a superior room, but the room alloted to us looked pretty basic. Fittings in bathroom were not not that great. The washbasin tap was pretty tight and difficult to operate. Dispensers for shampoo and handwash were not working property. Luckily the shower gel dispenser was working fine. There was an odd smell in the corridor outside the room. Breakfast buffet was decent, but dinner a-la-carte was ordinary taste-wise. Our hotel booking said that we will get 15% off on food. But they gave only 10% off on room service and no discount on restaurant bill. Overall, I would suggest to look at this place only if you have a location constraint.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel, marked by complete unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for business ethics. The staff prioritized revenue generation over guest service—demanding full advance payment while making false commitments that were never honored. Communication was rude and discourteous; basic courtesy seemed absent. Service ethics were nonexistent, with no regard for standard hospitality norms. Ultimately, I was denied check-in despite prior arrangements, solely due to their unprofessional handling. This hotel knows only how to chase money, not deliver on promises. I strongly advise avoiding it for any business or leisure travel.

1. Hotel staff must be trained on their behaviour & hospitality, Especially the reception staffs (Intentionally sharing fake information regarding check out timing and acting very generous as if they are offering grace time, Staff must learn the way they behave with customers . 2. Food was served ice cold, during the restaurant normal working time. ( direct from refrigerator, which was also accepted by the restaurant staff ). 3. Key card was not functioning many a times and the hotel staff being reluctant to help the guest in such a situation. 4. Overall it's a nice place which is being ruined by unprofessional behaviour of staffs.
