But the problem was the swimming pool the water was not getting changed daily.And due to that I got itching. And also the staffs were very kind and well maintained. And we forgot our mobile in the room then the staff of the hotel gave us the mobile safely back to us.

Courteous staff, always eager to help. The property is an ageing one and some facelift (and some missing basic services like valet) would definitely help but the food there definitely masks all other downsides. Excellent breakfast spread and the chefs personally take care of the guests. Their restaurant ‘The Great Kabab Factory’ is perhaps one of the best is business and a delight for people who love their meats.

One of the worst stay experience at Radissons

We had a very disappointing experience during our recent family trip to Radisson Varanasi. Prior to arrival, the Sales Manager had confirmed a room tariff of ₹X per night for 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 7 and 4). However, upon check-in, we were informed that the rate was actually ₹X + 500/-. Attempts to reach the Sales Manager for clarification went unanswered throughout our 3-day stay, reflecting an unprofessional and indifferent attitude. The swimming pool area was in a deplorable state, with bird droppings scattered across the premises — clearly showing poor maintenance and lack of hygiene. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to basic requests. Due to limited parking at the hotel, we were asked to park on the roadside. I was told by the security guard that the hotel parking would be available by 11 PM. I requested the relations manager at the reception to inform me once the space was free, and he even noted my car number — but no one called back. Despite calling the reception multiple times around 11 PM, there was no response. Overall, the stay was far below expectations and certainly not up to the Radisson standards. This was, by far, one of our worst stays and I would definitely not recommend Radisson Varanasi to anyone.
