A Night In A Market Place

Great breakfast all the time. Excellent Indian hospitality. But had a bad night experience. Staffs were all lovely especially Shikah, Ritcha, Chef Arwind and Chef Asish from the Ground Restaurant. The poached eggs are made perfect ALL THE TIME! Downside is on our last night, we only had couple of hours sleep due to the NOISY CORRIDORS. We told off the families on the hallway personally but they just ignored us; we rang up the reception but they only sent someone once which stopped the noise for only few moments. There were kids and adults talking and shouting loudly on the corridors from midnight to morning. The CCTV should prove the presence of people in the corridors (happened between 12am to 8am on 18th April 2024 on the 3rd floor). The WORST NIGHT on a five-star hotel! We paid loads for a sleepless night! The hotel could have done better by checking someone the corridor's live security footage and should have sent someone on guard the whole time to make sure other paying guests could also avail the rest, sleep and comfort they deserve. Shame on the hotel's part on taking in and poorly managed so many family guests which sacrificed the value of comfort the other visitors have paid for. IT WAS LIKE A NIGHT IN A MARKET PLACE.

the front desk staff, Vishal and a gentleman Dhananjay was very helpful and awesome nice hotel close to the Tajmahal & metor Station, buses, and Metro. Walking distance. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with servings rooftop baar is very nice

Great hotel with good facilities. Service from Ashish and Sikha was great. Can I especially give thanks to Ritcha who helped me when I was feeling ill. She brought me honey and lemon for my tea and it really helped a lot. Excellent hotel in Agra.
