Hospitality was awesome. Menu and preparations of almost all the food items were outstanding. Mr Asim and Mr Valency took a lot of care at restaurant and made our stay very pleasant . Wish to join again

Ajay, Sagar, Krishna and Valency were good and humble. Good service at restaurant and house keeping was good. They greet the guest very nicely. Drinking water is hugely available and no one remains thirsty. Coolers can be installed in waiting area.

I really appreciate the way Sagar, Krishna went out of the way to provide for what I asked for breakfast. Attention to details was really high. I could feel the warmth when some adjustments were required in the tea I ordered. I am very happy that the manager (Sandeep) has kept the standards really high for the entire team. The staff is very accommodating welcoming keep up the good work. Looking forward to visit again. 👍

The hospitality from sagar Krishnan, valency and ajay was the best.... They gave us an amazing experience. Thanks a lot for the best tea u guys served us 🫶 Except for the manager in the restaurant. He was really very rude with us. He looks very experienced but has no qualities of a staff working in hospitality department. I was surprised see the kind of behavior he had. He was humiliating people sitting there. Because of such people the efforts of entire department gets a hit.

Great bed, Good food n restaurant service Sagar and his seniors took great care of ours Home keeping service se Mr chetan was always just a call away.. The only thing was the pool , v found it a bit small, though the size is standard, but I guess one more pool can be catered for some other place in the property then it wud be great...
