Overall, the resort offers a nice relaxing vibe, comfortable rooms, and great food. However, there was a small hiccup with how the management handled member benefits. As a premium member, I am entitled to several benefits, but I only requested a late check-out, which is within my entitlement. Unfortunately, the front desk staff Ms. Anuradha, after speaking with someone over phone, denied the request, citing a lack of room availability as the resort is fully booked. However, on checking at Radisson booking site I found that plenty of rooms were available for sale. This clearly shows that not just the resort is not fully booked, there is disinterest in acknowledging membership benefits and the management is way more interested to facilitate event and group bookings rather than individual/in house guests.

Very good experience at Radisson Blu Karjat. All the staff are very courteous and accommodative. The food was excellent. Very good service by Mr Yogesh Singh. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again. Only one recommendation is to have cycles at the property as when asked all cycles were under maintenance
