. Here’s a polished review in about 75 words, clear and professional: --- We tried calling the hotel number for reservations on 8 & 9 April, but no one answered and no call‑back was received. Eventually, we had to book through the customer care center, which is not the correct process. On arrival, no welcome drink or water was offered, and full advance payment was demanded before showing the room. Despite informing that payment would be settled at checkout, it was not accepted. These practices fall short of proper hospitality standards.

My overall experience at Radisson Blu Jaipur was very good and truly enjoyable. From the moment of arrival, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. Their welcoming and pleasant approach made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for the entire stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Housekeeping standards were commendable, ensuring cleanliness and convenience throughout the stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel added to the comfort and made it a pleasant place to unwind. One area that could be improved, however, is the cost of food. While the quality and presentation were good, the pricing felt on the higher side compared to expectations. In summary, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, supported by excellent service and quality accommodation, with room for improvement in food pricing.
