I booked a 5 person duplex room for my family. Plus points : At entry of kodaikanal city Quite near to the lake Spacious room for 5 guests Breakfast services also great. Negatives Ground floor duplex rooms' windows are easily accessible from outside and can be opened if window lock is broken. Poor lighting inside the room, it can be improved. Though rooms were clean there was some peculiar smell in the room, suggest to use freshener before guests arrive. Overall it's a recommended stay if you are looking for a single big room for a family of 4-5.

The room we got was in the basement level facing the retention wall.we don't know it is morning or night.I checked in the evening.There was no hot water.In the morning for breakfast it is only Idli or Pongal.So to ask for complimentary breakfast is no good.The TV clarity and choose of channels are bad

I stayed at Raahat Inn Kodaikanal for one night with my family and friends on last week....It was nice experience,,,,Staff so cordial and gentlemen...Helping and keeping high standard of ettiquettes... Sure will be here in next trip.....

We stay only for a night ,Good rooms great value for money. Good staff. Very near to city centre and still is peaceful. Very happy with the stay. Only problem was getting hot water as it is only available from 6-10 in the morning

We were group of 10 guys & had opted for 2 duplex family suite rooms. Pros: Rooms were decent, clean and spacious too. Location of this place is a plus, as its walk-able distance to lake, bus stand & market area. Had a garden/camp fire area in the back Though didn't find negatives, below could have been improved: Food served was average but had many hotels near by. Car parking was available but the entrance to this place was kind a deep slope, so found difficult to get in/out of this place. No watchman/security guard was there to assist us. Overall a decent stay and would recommend to friends. While booking, Select the one with balcony, it has nice view to the garden/camp fire area
