Cleanliness is shocking!! Poor quality mattresses!! Bathroom fittings are old!! No attempt to modernise the facilities Disappointed with the quality not worth the price Pillows are small and thin. Overall a disappointing experience. We have seen better hotels at half the cost

Very nice hospitality. Well behaved staffs and felt like homely cares. Nice food in reasonable budget. Neat and clean rooms. Regarding safety, it's 100% safe. Single lady can also stay. Quick Room services

NO FOOD IN THE HOTEL

I Visited the hotel yesterday (16/01/2019) around 3pm while entering the hotel there was no valet to park my car., when enquired the hotel staff mentioned that the restaurant is open as there was no valet we parked our car and entered the hotels lobby. As soon as we entered the lobby the came a gentleman mentioned himself as captain for the restaurant and told us that there is " NO FOOD & RESTAURANT CLOSED " . I enquired him about the coffee shop still the same answer as NO FOOD & RESTAURANT CLOSED. There was a lady at the Front Desk, to whom i requested that i would like to speak to your Hotel`s Manager or any other concerned person to which she replied that this Hotel has own managed and does not have a manager. NO Training to the staff how to address or receive a guest. This is a very pathetic hotel with poor and terrible service. As we have a bitter experience from this hotel, i never ever will encourage people to visit this hotel.

I went here with my best friend and his wife along with my wife for a buffet dinner and guess what we had curry, sambar, rasam and curd as buffet. Nothing to choose eat only what they have on table dont even bother to open menu for this, even on a weekend they say they have nothing. Food quality is also very bad you feel like you are eating stale food.

Please try and avoid this hotel, extremely poor quality rooms , horrible service, rooms have a pungent smell , the quality of ac Is not up to the Mark, the staff says that they have done a pest control work but the fact is that the entire floor smells.... if possible avoid this place
