It was a nice stay at Pride plaza hotels the reception staffs are really nice helping out with everything. I did a early check-in in that situation also no need to give any kind of explanation and all they just did a check-in with open heart.only need to improve room services it has to be little quick.

I am a business traveller and stay across indian in various hotels. Pride plaza in Kolkata worth mentioned for their good services, food and excellent banquet facilities. Staff is well groomed, very polite and hight approachable. During one of our meeting stay, a colleague of mine injured his toe while opening door. Hotel staff promptly arranged for first aid kit. They also arranged for a car for near hospital. On duty staff Ms Madhu, Ms Archana and room service guys deserve special mention. All the best.
