What started as a lovely experience was ruined on checkout, which is why the svore is only 2. Room was lovely Most of the staff also Sadly, on checkout, we were accused of drinking an energy drink from the bar. Wouldn't listen to my husband that neither of us liked it. Insisted we pay. When my husband asked to see the can they was a hole in the bottom. This was obvious someone had drank it and replaced the can. They then decided to apologise as they realised it wasn't us Duty manager Aasish came over and was rude and took the money from us even though we hadn't drank the drink. Please can I ask you to check the rooms thoroughly so this doesn't happen to another tourist to your hotel. It decreased your score dramatically. Very upset we were treated so badly

Pride Plaza turned out to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant stays, for us! Glad we chose Pride Plaza amongst all other hotels at Aerocity! While everything was almost perfect, best part was the courteous staff (right from ground staff till senior management) and the warmth extended by them all. Will definitely visit again, and highly recommend Pride Plaza!

Wonderful property and wonderful service. The buffet spread in breakfast was good and staff was polite. Food prices for dinner could have been cheaper but a great room and service. Special mention who gave me a extended checkout due to some unforeseen circumstances.

Naseem & harish chef gave excellent breakfast service. The buffet was good. Can get fresh parathas and puri made for your choice. Live counter of dosa and eggs is also available. The room service turn around time has to improve. The intercom sound is not clear
