I stayed in this place many years ago, and had good memories. Now everything is totally different. Place has signs of wear, but most of it there is a major issue with staff. My breakfast was supposed to be included but ended up that everything is on charge, even coffee!! Also, there is a Major acoustic problem, I woke up at 6am as loud people talking in the hall outside my room gave the impression they were in the room. Lastly, I arrived exhausted in the morning, and even if the hotel was barely occupied they would not give me my room as check in time was after 2pm, so they made me go in a crumpsy toilet next to the kitchen… finally, no toilet paper in the room!! Not nice when you realize it when you are already in the toilet!!

Lot of CONS just few i am writing: Worse room service mostly they will respond once in 2-4 time. #2 Confirmed the special request but then turned down completely denying. #3 Breakfast quality is ok but hardly 3 items you will be served. #4 Not properly maintained swimming poll. #5 Hospitality is just like Govt hospitals now days coming better. Booked by Agoda but any of the contact number is not working. Pros: If you just want to see the furniture Go their beautifully done but if you are not going to see Museum just avoid this, it is not Hotel or resort you want to experience with your family spouse.

I had my WORST family vacation experience. I had booked the room around couple of months in advance and made all the payments as booking was non cancellable. But to my nightmare, when I called the resort for early check in request, after I started my journey, I got to know that my booking has been cancelled as they did OVER BOOKING and found some group/corporate booking. There was no intimation/mail from the hotel or booking site regarding the cancellation. Booking site was still showing the booking confirmed. Once I reached hotel, I gave them option to put me in equivalent property, rather they gave option of very shady properties which they manage which I rightly refused. They were not ready to REFUND the booking amount as well , giving the reasoning of change in management and that amount is not received by them. As I was travelling with family, it totally ruined my vacation, as during last minute, I could not find good property to stay or prices were exorbitantly high for good property. Eventually I took the option of nearby shady properties managed by them, but given the situation I was in, they refused to partial refund the amount as property I was placed in was no where equivalent property and refused any complimentary services as well. That was the worst treatment any one possibly can give to their customers, even manager threatened to call the security to throw us out and even rudely behaved with my wife. I would suggest to stay away from this property if you dont want to ruin your GOA holiday.

Our booking got cancelled by hotel and was not communicated to us. When we called hotel one day prior to confirm check in time, they told us that it was cancelled as they got a corporate deal. They told they will not refund the money also and transferred us to other hotel, which did not have basic service also like toiletries. Please never book this hotel for stay.

We had young kids and to our surprise, the place was like a jungle. Reminded off some old thriller movie.This is suitable for young boys on an adventure trip. The management provide free trip to local beach. It has a swimming pool.
