Worst Experience Ever at Hotel Partap Palace Sadly, a property with such good architecture and name completely failed in terms of hospitality and basic guest care. The staff is rude, argumentative, and unapologetic, even when guests request something as simple as room cleaning. The room I was given had dirty and spitted curtains, completely unhygienic. I had to sleep the night without curtains, disturbing my entire rest. Their tariff system is another example of mismanagement and cheating. Through a third-party aggregator, I booked the room at ₹1500 per night. However, at checkout, they unilaterally raised the rate to ₹2500 per night, forcing me to pay extra after long arguments, with no accountability from the owner. This property operates on a loot-the-guest mentality—first attracting visitors with the name and looks, then exploiting them. If you want a genuine and peaceful Mewar experience, avoid Hotel Partap Palace. I strongly recommend considering Hotel The Grand Chittorgarh, which is nearby and far more professional. I genuinely feel cheated and regret choosing this place. A total disappointment.

Except for the room, nothing went well. We had the dinner and breakfast booked along with the room, however they asked us to order ala-carte which they failed to serve. We ordered the food 20 minutes before we came to the restaurant and they forgot to serve us chappatis. This place is only for people who like to spend their time in the bar. The breakfast menu only had poha and bread. This place sucks.. the shower wasnt working, the tv was not working, they did not even provide us handwash in bathroom.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but found our way there as it’s the only place in Chittor with an alcohol licence. Quite expensive for a beer though as 400r for a large bottle. We are there twice and the food was tasty, good quality and plentiful. Good atmosphere around the unappealing pool- music playing and quite a lively bar scene of mostly wealthy locals. They take credit cards too. Chittor isn’t great for dining - nowhere sells alcohol, waiting staff speak no English, even what appear to be ‘good’ hotels are quite run down. Pratap Palace is something of a haven- good food, atmosphere and drinks.

यह होटल काफी प्राचीन है। प्राचीन होने के कारण ही यहां विदेशी आते हैं। क्योंकि यह होटल पुरी महल लुमा कार में बनी हुई है राजा महाराजा की टाइम की तो इसको देखना काफी अच्छा लगता है विदेशी सैलानियों को इसके साथ ही यहां पर पास में जंगल है तालाब है और प्रकृति काफी सुंदर है इसकी वजह से भी इस साइड में काफी ज्यादा विदेशी आते हैं तो यहां पर रुकते हैं यहां से वह गुड सवार होकर साइकिल पर मोटरसाइकिल पर अपनी गाड़ियों में थोड़ा दूर भ्रमण के लिए जाते हैं गांव की अवस्था को देखते हैं वहां के नजारा तौर-तरीके को देखते हैं। (Translated by Google) This hotel is quite ancient.
