Unprofessional staff. No cleaning and Smell in rooms. Food quality was very poor. No power backup. Room service was very slow.

We had a booking for 2 days, but the first day when we reached we could not find the booked rooms available. As per them they were full so we could not see other rooms. There was some smell in the room, so we denied staying in said rooms. We were degraded to nearby unrated hotel. The next day Hotel Ark provided us our accomodation properly by re shifting. May be they were over booked. The mistake of Make my trip also applies here as we booked our holiday package through Make my Trip well in advance.

Hotel has excellent Location with an easy fisibility. You can save your time in search of Hotels if not pre booked. Hotel service and staff was good. Only passive thing was we had to wait for our room due to Hotel was running full although it was good for Hotel. We love our stay and time spent in Dalhousie very much.

The hotel seems to pritty old. Its located right in the centre of Dalhousie. The rooms are not well lit. Intercom phones are not working and too much disturbances because of monkeys. We could not even open the door to balcony because of monkeys.The dinning hall is excellent with a panoramic view. The rooms are clean. The staffs are good. Food served was good.

The staff is fine, usually runs behind tips is what I observed in our 2 days stay, place really needs renovation specially maintenance and cleaning. Phones did not work, I am still giving a better rating as staff is accommodating. We wanted no onion garlic food which was offered to us, however dinner buffet was bad, we were on dinner inclusive plan but ended up going out for a light snack post dinner as some of us could not have this food. The reception team is good, place does have have power back up which the team did not turn out since only a few lights are connected. The main manager from reception is very accommodating and humble.
