The panoramic views of Jodhpur’s skyline, including glimpses of the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, add a magical touch to the experience. The service was great thanks for narpat and Shakti made my and my friend memorable evening

For a supposed 3star hotel we found the hotel to be rundown and poorly maintained The towels in the bath room are almost threadbare and not enough for the no. of guests service is average Breakfast was mediocre staff are friendly enough

Really disappointed with the stay. Plus points are the location, spacious rooms, friendly staff. We stayed 4 days, they cleaned the rooms only once, you have to ask several times for any service ( I think they are understaffed). There is no hot water, towels are not supplied regularly. Avoid stay here

Pathetic, disappointing and waste of money… No hot water in bathroom even in morning for a bath in Winter season and reception giving false assurances… in December month, this is basic need of every customer. If you can’t fulfill you rather refund the customer but all in vain. Better to look for other options.

This hotel met all my expectations unlike other similarly rated hotels I stayed in Rajasthan. I booked a second leg at this hotel at my expense after MakeMyTrip messed up my tour bookings and were unreachable for any resolution. The hotel rooms are clean and dustfree and comfortably accomodate three (on third floor where rooms are a little bigger). There is a restaurant with complimentary breakfast in the hotel; the only other eateries within walking distance are pizza outlets.
