This hotel is very clean and stylish and it should have been 4 stars, not 3 stars, the respectful behavior of the hotel staff should not be overlooked, the internet here is very fast and strong! Only the location is not on the street and it is located in the alleys around the neighborhood I strongly recommend this hotel

We book the hotel via our travel agent, the location was nice as per our conference venue. Location is few meter inside the main road to Taksim Square which is 5-7 minutes walk. Budget hotel, with clean rooms Old building, and average breakfast. We ask for non smoking room but the room smells like smoking one. Internet was not working all the four days in our room. Complaint regarding the internet was not taken seriously and seems they didn’t bother too. We were asked to come down to lobby for internet, which was also very slow.

I was in this hotel for 5 nights this summer. The hotel was clean and excellent. The cleaning was done every day and the bathroom and toilet were really clean. The staff are polite and very kind. Excellent access routes so that the bus station from the alley went to all parts of the city. Overall, I was satisfied and will choose the same hotel for my next trip.

Overall I think I'ts what to be expected from a 3 star hotel. Good location, the room was biger that I expected, not clean though, noise at most time.Quite old inside with some unsafe features. Most staff did not speak english.You are not allowed food in your room exept room service. Unfair as I wasn't feeling well one day and was't allowed ro bring my included in the price breakfast.

Booked a Taxi through them for pick up from Airport as was traveling with kids, which never turned up, waited almost an hour and then had to arrange another Taxi. Internet was not working in rooms. Rooms had Mosquitos. We booked a taxi again for Sabiha Airport drop off through hotel, they took money and arranged taxi for Attaturk Airport. They didn’t arrange an alternative and also didn’t refund our money as we arranged our taxi ourselves. Almost missed our flight. THERE IS NOW POOL IN THIS HOTEL.
