Good ambience hotel staff and management are very friendly always ready to help with a genuine smile....parakkat resort deserves 5 out of 5 because of there comfy rooms good staff and other resort activities and no to forget the food being a pure vegetarian the restaurant staff took extra effort to make sure buffet hav clear indicators for veg and non veg food thank you....Will definetly come back...

Had a wonderful stay here! The resort is surrounded by beautiful tea gardens and hills — perfect for relaxing. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have great views. Food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
