Really friendly and helpful staff , Janet is well connected and charges very reasonably for many services . The rooms are clean and in good order with 24 hr hot water TV and free WiFi I was recommended this place by lonely planet and they certainly got it right

Only the new rooms a good, but no view. Only to a wall. The boss, Janet, is totally unfriendly. When you need a clean room only to sleep it is very good, but the rest I don't recommend. The boy who is the staff for the new rooms is sweat.

일단 방이 시원스럽게 커서 좋았어요. 방에 냉장고도 있어서 편했고..와이파이 잘되고 주인아주머니도 친절하심. 비수기에 가시면 가격도 많이 저렴해요. Our room had only fan, but it was cool and comfortable.The room was spacious and clean.Perfect room in Anjuna with Lovely cats and kind owner.

The rooms at this place (specially the ones in the back) are soooo comfortable. They are big, with a nice spacious bathroom, nice warm shower, fridge, working wifi. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they are always around. This a great place to stay and enjoy, with lovely hammocks outside. Although is not close to the beach (about a 20 minute walk) is very conveniently located if you arrive by bus from Mapusa and right next to the main shops of Anjuna. Delicious restaurants are around, and you can always rent a bike to go around and explore a bit more the area.

I have stayed with Janet in her guesthouse many times and i am one of her many returning guests. She does her absolute best to make you feel at home and her staff is friendly. The rooms are simply furnished, clean and spaceous. There are numerous animals that are all well cared for. You feel like in a small village where the yard is sweeped several times a day. I love it here and hope to be back next year.
