Dates of visit - 19.10.2024 till 21.10.2024 Property - Small property with no garden or open dining space. Jungle Suite was of good size with nice big bathroom & Jacuzzi but the exhaust pipe of main kitchen opens next to window, which makes lot of noise and the management was clueless how to solve the issue. Dining space is very limited. Only 12 seats indoor (out of these, 8 are in front of washroom). Outside dining has 30 seats which were not functional). The crockery was found chipped at various occasions. Food - They did not serve buffet for the first day and had only a fixed menu which was quite small and very spicy and oily. They only served buffet when hue and cry was created which was also very small with very limited dishes. Food timings - morning 8.30 to 10.30, afternoon 01.00 PM to 3.00 PM and dinner 8.30 to 10.30 PM. We found that the morning and dinner timings were quite late considering that the trips start early at 09.30 AM and the trips end by 6.00 PM. Staff - Had to undergo lot of arguments with the staff and manager to get less spicy food. Had to wait for 5 hours to speak to manager. Overall rating - Not worth the price they charge. The hotel has no view, open space or garden to stroll. It is much better to go to either Summer House (roof top restaurant) or hotels of MP Tourism (which have lot of open seating space).

Stay at Pandav Retreat, Pachmarhi was awesome. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Stay was excellent and definitely a place to visit again.

Avoid Pandav Retreat Hotel - Overpriced, Rude Management, and Uncomfortable Stay! Disappointing experience at Pandav Retreat Hotel! This budget hotel fails to deliver on basic expectations. - Exorbitant charges: Unnecessary headers and inflated costs. - Nil views, no swimming pool, and mediocre food. - Construction nearby = constant noise pollution. - Manager lady = extremely rude, cold, and insensitive, especially at reception. Unwelcoming atmosphere, overpriced for what's offered. Look elsewhere for a comfortable stay. Disappointing Experience - Avoid Pandav Retreat Hotel! I recently had the misfortune of staying at Pandav Retreat Hotel, and I must warn others to avoid this budget hotel at all costs. Despite its affordable price tag, the hotel tries to inflate costs with unnecessary charges and hidden fees. The hotel's location is a major letdown, with zero views, no swimming pool, and mediocre food. The nearby construction site ensures constant noise pollution, making it difficult to relax. But what's worse is the management's attitude, particularly the lady manager, who was incredibly rude and insensitive to our concerns. She seemed more interested in extracting extra money than providing decent customer service. The hotel's amenities are basic, and the rooms are average at best. With so many better options available, I wouldn't recommend Pandav Retreat Hotel to anyone. Pros: None Cons: - Exorbitant charges for unnecessary services - No views, no swimming pool - Mediocre food - Noise pollution from construction - Rude and insensitive management - Overpriced for a budget hotel Save your money and avoid the disappointment.
