The worst ever hotel I have stayed in my life. It was an urgent trip and after checking with the OYO team by telephone I booked this hotel. They gave good reviews. The location is worst , all around butchery shops and stinking. The Lift is not working and very narrow steps. Rude Front staff Room tooooooo small like 10x8 feet AC not working Dirty bed linen Dirty towels Toilets...... even worse Walls stained, and many more..... I complained about the AC but no response. Stayed juts for few hours and checked out as I could not bear this place. At the time of check out OYO staff were present , but still no response from them. I asked to refund 50% of the cost paid as nothing is in order as promised by OYO. I hope this would be my last stay at an OYO hotel, as I can see how they manage and choose the Hotel and the rooms.. Its like a nightmare..
