It was an tremendous stay with my family Went for an wedding event and got an opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. stayed few nights, staff very helpful so is the front staff, it is Ok hotel for where its located, we thought its expensive for the amenities and quality it provides. ok for the night or two, rooms could be more cleaner and showers. it has non smoking signs but smell of cigarette smoke in the halls of the hotel. color scheme for the dark rooms is not thought through. otherwise its reasonable hotel

Booking:- 2nd Oct 2017 till 4th Oct 2017, Two Deluxe room for 2 family with kids. 1 room booked from makemytrip and another directly. The one booked directly cost more but provided with a new makeover room. Location:- Located on main road very close to the railway station. Only 4-5 parking are provided by the hotel. Location as 5*. Amenities:- Nothing to say at all. Only 4-5 parking are provided by the hotel. So if you are driving make sure that the hotel will provide the parking place. No free Wi-fi at room. The free wi-fi is only provided at the reception but extremely slow. For amenities 1*. Cleanliness:- Somehow ok. Rooms were good. The restaurant accessories need more care. 3* star for cleanliness. Staff:- Friendly and helpful. The staffs at the restaurant were very friendly and always prompt at their service. The property lags a little from housekeeping side. One room had a missing mini freeze, which was directly turned down from the reception but finally provided from housekeeping after a long run. But I remember the doorkeeper for his big mustache and a very nice man. So for the staff 3*. Rooms:- Deluxe rooms are extremely small. Hardly 12ft by 12ft or a little more than that. A medium sized double bed, very small writing desk, a small single seater sofa and on one corner a small closet, with this one could hardly find any place to move. Though the one provided to me was a new makeover and looks fresh. That’s why 2* at this price of around 3K. Food:- Good. Nice buffet breakfast. Dinner or Lunch as per order by nice tasty one. Food 3*. Overall very moderate stay. At Varanashi as most people spend time on the river ghats and shopping; so this hotel is suitable for them. Overall 3* stay.

Hi, I visited Varanasi for meeting. I have my meeting in this hotal in confrence Room. Its a new one and very neat & clean environment. They provided us everything and washroom was perfect, linens were of very clean and the staff was very polite and hospitable. Food is good. I really liked it and kick was that it's not so expensive. Strongly recommend...!!
