They didn’t allow to check in as I got offer and paid less amount on app for hotel. Forced me to pay in cash additional amount also there room are ordinary with poor cleanliness the customer care also didn’t helped inspite of complaints

I visited Delhi in February 2018 and we had booked 2 rooms for a 5 day stay. It was the worst experience of my Hotel Stay ever. The rooms were okay but the worst nightmare was we spend sleepless nights because it had bed bugs. In spite of complaints the hotel staff did not do anything about it. We could not leave the hotel since we had an online booking with payments done for all days. The hotel staff was absolutely inhospitable; the reception desk so lethargic and unresponsive. Even for refilling of drinking water we had to call multiple times before someone came to serve water. We stayed for 5 days but no one would have the rooms cleaned. The bathrooms were unhygienic.

Good and comfortable stay in that range of price. I'm very much surprised. Main thing metro is very nearby. for business people's it is very convenient to travel to different places. But difficult to get good restaurants nearby
