This was our first back to Goa and the Osborne after covid and had found it difficult getting back with Visas, Airlines and even getting in touch with the Osborne. The hotel is under a new management structure, same owners though. When we arrived we were shocked to see how much it had been scaled back. Only Phase 2 is open now, and some of the rooms there are privately run/owned (so we were informed). Most staff had gone with only a small team, the bar by the pool was not used as well as the seating area by the bar. When we arrived there were 5-10 rooms occupied and as most were Indian guests the breakfast choice was fantastic, an Indian buffet. Given that the hotel had to rely on domestic business while Europe was locked down the change was not surprising. We loved it! More peaceful, better food. The wifi is now free. Not sure if Verda will open it up to package operators again, I have seen queries on the Goa forums. Back in '24

We were a group of 20 people which is 5 family all Staff are good very friendly and helpful had requested for change of room and it was accepted without any question, Rooms are clean and spacious, Pool is Good, affordable range .

Was our first time in goa, staff very friendly and helpful , the changed our room, very helpful for information, was my birthday while I was there , had balloons cake. Yes basic clean an friendly such a warm welcome. We going back march. So supper excited to se the staff an chill by pool enjoy the entertainment. See you guys soon .
