This hotel being a 3 star impressed me with the location, rooms and service. I booked the hotel very last minute on phone with Vrushbh. He assured me to just reach the hotel and everything will be taken care of. Due to last minute booking, i was given a room in the smoking floor but my room did not smell of smoke at all. Breakfast at the 1st floor was excellent too with a gkod mix of indian and continental cuisine. Service overall in the hotel was excellent Especially Vrushbh was very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable and safe in the hotel.

Not a good experience , Rooms are nice housekeeping was good food was good , waiters were too attentive. Only here for 2 nights we knew exactly what we wanted to do and see in Mumbai booked our taxi at reception explained everything about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see spent 4 hrs in a taxi driving around and finally driver tells us he doesn't know how to get to these places, back to the Hotel too late to do the things we wanted to by now still charged half the price of the taxi ,I could have boarded a local bus and sat in traffic all day not what you want from your Hotel .....

Really enjoyed a 3 night stay, arrived early hours of the morning from a cancelled reservation from another hotel without any notice, was booked in quickly. First impression, very welcoming, rooms clean, staff hard working and very helpful, breakfast was great, Arun and staff at breakfast were amazing, would definitely come back, Thank you for the lovely masala tea served each morning.

This is a traditional Indian hotel: fully functional with all necessary modern facilities (walk-in bathroom with power shower, loo, extractor fan etc + toothbrush/paste; super-king bed; AC; etc) We chose a large room on the 2nd floor with private veranda; said to be a ‘smoking’ floor but we couldn’t smell anything !! Nothing glamorous, but comfortable and efficient. Most importantly, the hotel is located in the best possible spot for local living and suburban shopping (Linking/Turner road, Khar, Dardar) as well as within striking distance of Mumbai airport and central Mumbai (Taj hotel, Gateway-of-India, Crawford market, etc). The restaurant serves Indian breakfast (dosas, idlee/sambar, powa, purees etc) as well as some European (corn flakes, eggs any which way, etc) + lunch and dinner (with a variety of Indian dishes). Food / cooking is excellent; service is attentive and superb by the (many) staff. All-in-all this is a great and reasonably-priced hotel……… real middle-class India. Special commendations to: Deepak on the front desk, ???? in Concierge, and all restaurant staff.
