Terrible service , dirty rooms , unhygienic food , hostile staff sums up my experience . They don’t want your business they would be glad if you didn’t check in so that they can rest in peace . Any other part of the country this hotel would have closed down long back .

Very bad experience in this hotel. Very Dirty bed cover n pillows. Also d roof of d rooms have some cracks. Even though they don't provide d towels. Waste of money. Rooms have very low light. Don't visit

Grubby and well below standards. Made the mistake of looking inside the pillow case and quilt which was actually just 2 bedsheets with a quilt inside. Both looked as though out of a skip .. dirty and disgusting stains. Never coming here again

I wonder why in a town like Silchar,the main town of the Barak valley,there is still lack of a standard luxury hotel. We stayed in hotel Orbit while going to Aizawl on 23rd July last. I have found orbit as an ordinary hotel which have basic facilities but all are in poor shape. We stayed in an executive deluxe room but the room was not well maintained. Linens were very dirty, quality of running water of the bathroom was horrible. There are a few hotel staff,however they provided satisfactory service. The room tariff is too high Rs 3500/- for such an ordinary room. I shall neither stay in this hotel again nor I recommend this to any one.

This so called hotel is not up to any kind of standard for housekeeping, security or comfort. At best it is NOT sleeping on the street. Old, dirty building. Old stained linens. Old and useless bathroom...not even a shower curtain. No hot water. Stay away!
