We booked the King Suite for our family and are so far very happy with the suite, service with a smile and location. Would recommend this property to families for sure. Very accommodating staff especially the hostess/manager Ms.Polyta. 🙏👍

I found this place a bit of a disappointment, especially for what I was charged per night. I booked it through booking.com for around 5000 rupees per night. While I was there I found places that were much nicer, real resort style properties for around 3000 rupees per night. I think the villa that I stayed in was worth around 2000-2500 rupees per night at best. So what was wrong with the place? Well the first most obvious thing is the water running down the inside walls, especially on the bottom level. Many of the walls were rotten and you could stick your finger through in places. This was worst on the bottom level which also smelt of damp and disinfectant. I didn't spend much time down there, preferring to stay up top where is was dryer and didn't smell, well except for the odd wiff of the drains coming from the bathroom. Many tiles were falling off the bathroom walls, looks like they were stuck straight onto the timber walls with cement, they were never going to stay there. The ocean side of the villa was covered by a blue tarpaulin with windows cut out in an attempt to keep the water out. Here's a tip, how about build properly in the first place and you would not need a flapping tarp wrapped around the building to keep the water out. That goes for the roof as well which was wrapped in plastic. And wow didn't that make it hot when the sun came out. Phones also didn't work properly. Front door lock when you were in was makeshift and I reckon I could break in if I tried. To balcony railing was not safe, at least they had warning signs. The floors are lino, not timber. On the positive, the staff were mostly helpful and polite, the two meals I had were pretty good. TV, Aircon, Fans and most lights were all working. Hot water worked but you only got about 5 minutes. Well stocked fridge and snacks that you could use and pay for. Laundry service was good. I never saw the suites, they may have been better, this review is for the villas. This property is about 100m back from the beach, two properties in front of it and a heap of old fishing shacks. The pool area is ok, never used it as it was raining the whole time I was there. Personally I would not stay here again, not at that price. I think there are better options available.

We travelled here with 2 of our children and we cannot wait to bring back the other 4 !!!!! The rooms were beautiful and the staff were couldn’t do enough for us, they were all so very helpful, kind and polite ! It is a 1 minute walk to Calangute beach and 10 minutes to the strip of shops ! There is little local shops which provided everything we could need ! Rooms were clean, prices were good, we honestly could not fault it ! Would recommend this resort to everyone, the pool is clean and a perfect size for the size of the resort ! 100% will come again ! Thankyou to all the staff for making our stay so amazing !

It’s a very clean hotel ,just next to the beach. The staff was very generous. Food was great, there are all the amenities that a 5 star resort gives. Very nice and comfortable stay for all. Will visit again surely.

I had one of my best experiences in Goa while I was staying here. Walkable distance to the beach, pool is very clean, food is very good, excellent hospitality. All the rooms are pretty spacious and clean. Such a pleasure staying here location is perfect. It has the best management team and their hospitality known no bounds. The breakfast was great and they catered to all our whims and fancies.Overall very good experience.
