I read previous reviews about this hotel so was expecting a bad stay, but to my suprise the room was really good, staff were friendly. Only thing I could probably advise is that they cater better for vege meals, eg - masala tea, in breakfast a few more fruits such a pineapple, popaya... Think keep the breakfast open until 10.30 so we get a chace to lie in a little, BUT overall a pleasent stay. Thank you

Sadly i didnt read the reviews before i book this poor hotel poor customer service poor management first time i heard someone he represent a hotel as a night or duty manager, we dont give any thing free ohh woow not about upgred or fullbord or half bord just an extra bed which at all the hotel in the world is subject to the availiblity not chargebale, understood no chance for twin bed hotel fully booked only king bed but alternatively extra bad chargeble for few hours with unacceptable and non hospitality words.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us the vibes also it was nice unfortunately that’s where the positive ends. The reception staff were abrupt and unfriendly on check in and dont have ethics on phone, The room was definitely no more than 2 star quality which is for 280 in UAE its like nothing (looks like hostel) but the main thing its not about the room or lication but the service it was there. The staff attitude it was very poor they dont know even how to talk with a guest, i have some short story regarding their facilities and i was reauesting about smart tv coz that time i need to watch something on youtube ( even i mention i just need 2 hrs only) but the way they are answering it was so rude (first time they said they gonna send someone with the tv i still remember “don’t worry mam we will sent someone with smart tv” butttt after 3 hrs nobody come and i call back, after 2times call engineering come and tell me he cannot do anything, and i call again to recepetion with hoping they can help me with this case as i mention i just 2 hrs for that, but unfortunatly i just get some bamboo from your staff hotel😅 i was wondering how they are so dare treat a guest with rude attitude and talking without manner ( i cannot mention his name coz when i ask his name he cannot mention that, but i belive he is arabic and was in the reception, i remember when i do check in he is was there stand without smile make a face and that is so ugly!)he is really really rude and talking without manner, if i there as manager i’ll find out and check the attitude of my staff, of course i’ll not let him still working there coz makes the hotel name bad, only the indian guy was so better even he cannot give me the solution ( he said i need to pay for solution) its mean they dont have any solution. Actually for me easly to catch that guy but i dont have time for this thing. Also please mantain your staff to pickup the call coz i need more than 5 times to talk with them. And i hope this complaint find General Manager directly. Thank you

I stayed for one night with my partner really like the ambience of the hotel it's budget friendly. Would like to give special thanks to Nishi at front desk who upgraded our room, at first we were given a small room with no view which didn't like. Later he changed our room which was huge the washroom was big like a room with walk in shower and bathtub both along with tea coffee amenities water bottles ad full set of bath amenities. Only thing was bit challenging to find a cab in the location.. it is in the outskirts little. The pool is big and with nice restaurant which also serves shisha. Would love to visit again after summer.

VERY WELL MAINTAINED HOTEL BUT FEW THINGS NEED TO MAKE RIGHT ESPECIALLY THE STAIR STEPS AT THE RECEPTION IS VERY BAD MY FOOT GOT HIT 2 TIMES WHILE ENTERING. THEIR SHOULD BE MORE ITEMS IN THE BREAKFAST. STAFF IS GOOD ESPECALLY THE PAKISTANI GUY AT THE RECEPTION. KIDS PLAYING AREA AND POOL IS GOOD. THEY SHOULD REOPEN THE COFFE SHOP NEAR TO THE RECEPTION.
