Horrible customer service and experience at Olive residency mysore

Upon arrival realised that Rooms are unhygienic and totally unkept. The sheets weren’t replaced and the bathroom not cleaned, when enquired with Mr Arun at the desk he says “this is an old building and this is what you get”! Such pathetic service glad we decided to move out almost immediately from the place. Will advise families to never stay in such places like these!! Customer service really sucks, high time they realise why customers need to be treated well, atleast spoken to well!! Mr Arun-We didn’t stay cause of the above reasons and your pathetic attitude towards a customer. Can you explain, What has cleaning the sheets and bathroom got to do with an old building? Do you have any logic in what you told us? You didn’t even make an attempt to retain a booked customer!! You need to take some lessons about customer service cause you suck at it and we care 2 hoots in today’s age of options and service oriented business world. Please grow up and learn quickly!!

The room was very clean and big. Location is also good, it's near to most of the places to visit in Mysore. Food and other facilities are up to the mark. Overall it's a very good deal to stay here.its a good place to stay with family.

I stayed here for one night with my family. I was here for 14-15 hrs only so this review may not be suitable for longer stay. Room: Clean room, Clean toilet. Sleep quality: Poor. My room window was facing the road and there was too much traffic noise till late. Closing window was causing suffocation in the room. But this may not be the case with rooms not facing the road. Food: Decent. they have their restaurant which was clean and opens around 7:30 in the evening, not sure of morning time. Decent options. Location: Good. Located away from too much market but good options around.

Hotel location is very good. It is situated in very peaceful area, where you won't have have to go through too much rush and noise. You can get nice food in nearby restaurants which is also a positive point. Rooms are fine and service is also good.

It's a decent hotel. The bed size was quite big, good for a family of 3. We were there only for a night stay. The dinner was in their restaurant. It was overpriced and the quantity was very less. There is no lift is one disadvantage.
