NV beach resort is perfect for peoples.Big spacious rooms with AC.Safe place for couples.Resort is safe,coll,clean and out of disturbance.Gyeser facilities is not available.I just love this place.My next visit maybe I will stay there again.

Rates are reasonable and services are as per rate only. Pros- location near beach, rates are very good, staff is very polite, size of room and toilet is good, balcony is available with nature view, food is great and peaceful place Cons- toilet exhaust system can be provided , fridge is not available with room, tv recharge, voltage problem is there hence AC is not working properly, maintenance is required for all rooms and toilets etc

I was stayed for 2 nights . The hotel services was totally terrible . When I was checked _ in room was Fully dusted . Nothing amenities was in the room . SERVICES WAS VERY delayed. There is no WiFi in the room . Because I got to know that they couldn't pay the bill of WiFi . T v was not working . Telephone was not working . Fully wasted of money & spoil of my holidays . I talked to manager regarding of this thing s. He is not responsible of these things . But the junior staffs was very polite & good to talk . Thanks

The Hotel is Right on the beach. Spacious rooms with AC & Refrigerator. Away from main busy lane. You can unwind in peaceful environment. Shacks near by are quiet great. Overall the best budget place to stay in Calangute Area.

Good budget hotel, we have to approach from small lane near casa de goa hotel & ended up to this hotel, within 1min we can reach to the beach n shacks is the plus point of this hotel. Rooms are equipped with ac , fridge n some r with small balcony, no room service but when sea facing shacks are on foot steps then who prefer the room service. Ideal for bachelor n bag packers.
