Good rooms and facility for average customers.the lodge is situated at a good location nearer to city cente and transportation facility including metro,train and road are available in a short radius.the price of rooms are affordable for average customers.lots of must try food items and restaurant are available in this city which can be acesible

Hotel is near to Ernakulam North railway station. The staff had absolutely no idea about my booking. They had to call someone on phone to confirm my booking. Rooms were in pathetic condition. Bathroom was filthy and cramped. Stale smelling rooms. All in all very bad experience.

Only hotel front look is good, rooms are bad, bed linen bad, smelly rooms, mosquitoes in room, no blankets provided , no hot water as solar was not hot in the morning, shower was broken. Please don't stay here. Room service is bad

We stayed there for only one night and it was reasonably comfortable. Seems like a family thats running it on a budget. They dont have the professionalism required but its a good and new hotel with what is required for a budget traveller. No luxuries but functional, clean and comfortable.
