Pathetic hotel they have literally thieves working in that hotel someone from the staff member entered our room when we went for dinner buffet and stole money from purse and when we went at the reception they were very resistant on showing us the cctv footage later on us continuously asking them about it they came to our room and said one of the staff entered the room and stole money from the purse and were very normal with no guilt on their face said that he was in need as his father is sick and asked us how much money was in the purse as my mom being very panicked about the entire situation happening in her life about someone literally entering her secured room(not so secured actually)and stealing money from her bag said that she had bunch of 500₹ notes in it (₹10000) however in panic she said must be 7500₹ or more to which the security said that the staff who stole money is saying that he had 6500₹ of his own from the stolen money which the hotel staff believed backing up their staff they only gave us 6000₹ out of 10000k+ which he got form the staff who stole money from us the security staff informed us that he has got 11000 from him while they caught him how can they believe a thief and later on when we got back home and my mom counted the remaining money she realized that she had 10000₹ in her bag which was stole so the hotel staff not only did they manipulate us to not speak up to the head management and not file an FIR against them or the staff who stole it they literally took our money and have handed it over to the thief or god knows if this is all planned and this is practiced normally in that hotel to earn extra by stealing from customers room. Later when we tried to contact the hotel specifically the security guy Mr.Rajesh Jadhav along with the manager who came in our room at around 3am morning to return money called us and started saying that it is your fault you should have told the proper amount when asked and now you are creating a problem when we gave you the money i was like how come we are the one who created the problem when your staff has literally stolen money from our room and you backing him up is all suspicious and whatsoever the amount is he did not even give us the asked amount and started shouting on call. First of all how did the staff knew there is no one in the hotel room did he check the security cam we were family of 10 people staying in the hotel on the same floor on that day few of us left the rooms for dinner and few came later how did the thief knew that we have all left our rooms because as specified by the security manager and hotel manager that the thief had checked other rooms too but did not enter them. This is a major security issue of addressing bcoz we have submitted our aadhar cards soft copies at the hotel next thing they might try stealing money from our accounts. I don’t even want to give them one star zero is not an option.

Hotel is decent food is nice and the services offered by the staff I visit so many hotels and pass by many but one thing happened which forced me to write this review is one staff prson I remember ISHA who has such fine gestures as Hotel management apperntice and she presented in such a nice way that other staff should learn it from, The most important thing she owns apart from others is hers smile... so mesmerizing customer can never deny anything.... And all manners one must have she has I think inbuilt itself.... Best wishes for her bright future...
