Very comfortable and relaxing stay at this hotel in May 2024. Stayed for 3 nights. All local sightseeing places are nearby to this hotel. Service and Cleaning is good and very supportive. I stayed with my 10 month old baby. Room are specious with required furniture. Hotel has veg restaurants which has very goods options even Karantak thali is available there. Hotel staff is very supportive. One Mysore silk saree shop is also avilable beside the hotel.

I have been to many places and stayed in dormitory also, but this hotel worst than even small lodges in town. All the pictures here are taken once upon a time when the hotel was inaugurated. The room walls are damaged, dirty and even wardrobes are broken. The towels and bed sheets are all yellowish colored. The pillows are dirty inside and covered with a yellowish cover. The lift was not working and they gave me a room in 3rd floor. The restaurant serves food, and they take only cash. When asked to clean the plates, they said keep it outside, someone will pick it up and irony is it was there until we checked out. I would suggest anyone looking for hotels to look for something better for the money we pay.

This is one Hotel that i wish that me with my family never stay at! Apart from the only advantage of it’s location which is walking distance from Mysore Palace, there isn’t even one positive point that you should be booking your stay here. We stayed here for one day. 1. The bedsheets and pillow cover are smudged. Seems like the attendant only rearranged the sheets used by someone else. My legs and hands were itchy too in the morning(maybe bed bugs!) 2. Commode had clear stains in and around it. 3. The bucket and mugs seemed never washed and cleaned. The tap and the shower had leakage issues. No rod to hang your towel inside the bathroom. 4. No 24 hour hot water, one needs to wait till 7 in the morning! 5. No matter whichever room you take, you will surely get the annoying noise of lift/elevator going up and down throughout the night too! So your sleep at nights goes for a fix! 6. This hotel does have it’s own veg only restaurant. We were allotted a room on 2nd floor and their restaurant is on first floor. But the most funny part is one needs to come down on ground floor, move out of the premises and then climb one floor to reach the restaurant!! Yes!! There is no direct connectivity from hotel to the restaurant. 7. We had lunch at this restaurant on the day of checkin. The service at this restaurant is very slow. I would rate the food 2/5. I ordered masala papad which came after serving the main course. The next morning for breakfast, I even spotted few cockroaches near the breakfast spread in the morning the next day. There are also not much of options available for the guests either way. But the rate they charge for this is Rs. 200 plus taxes! Not justified at all! 8. Lastly, post few more site-seeing of this amazing city we were about to leave this hotel. We had to book a cab and after checkout we were waiting at the lobby to get our Uber cab booked. Me, my son and my husband were at the lobby after all the checkout procedure, the door-keeper at the insistence of the manager kept the AC off!! This is the way you will get treated while you have checked out and no more their guest.

Although we had a few problems with the rooms. No Wi-Fi and then no a/c working. We finally got a room with both working. Rooms are large. Bed was comfortable. Tv was good. Wi-Fi was ok. Rooms are tired. Bathroom wasn’t great and ceiling looked ready to fall in. Curtains were filthy. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it was too expensive. The only annoying thing is the noise from the kitchen fans. Very load droning sound

Pathetic room. Washroom was dingy and dirty. Even after multiple reminders the hotel staff was not able to resolve the issue related to stains on the commode. For the room size, the room rent is overpriced. Breakfast was cold and tasteless. The only good thing is the location of the hotel.
