"Excellent stay! The rooms were very clean, the staff was polite, and the location in Ambattur is very convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable visit."

Shoddy makeshift hotel with just a cosmetic look. The air conditioning in the room does not cool at all. Even though the ac was set at 18 degrees the cooling was not effective. Breakfast is included in the tariff but starts only at 8 so as a business traveller I’m forced to pay for something I haven’t been able to use. The reception staff is rude and mannerless. I don’t bloody understand the regressive logic of substituting the room temperature complementary mineral water bottle with a chilled one considering the temperature in the city is so high. Lacks basic mindset of being customer centric. Sadly just another run of the mill hyped up place but miles to go including getting the basics in place

Suitable for the business trip. Have asked the staff to arrange coffee and tea maker. Hotel need to have intercom so that the guest can communicate for any service,it’s quite amazing to get such a beating place for an absolute price.
