This was my second trip to this beautiful property, this time it was a family trip with more than 8 pax & children. Pros of this property: *Location: This Hotel is very near to Kali tibba temple and each and every room, even the ground floor room has a spectacular valley view. *View: If you love to see Sunrise and had to travel quite far to a destination, this hotel gives you a best solution. While lying on ur bed, u can enjoy sunrise from your hotel room. * Food: Food of this property is like Home-food. Very delicious, almost all required food options. * Service & Promptness: Hotel staff know how to handle guest queries, requests and they are very empathetic. If you are going with family or children, they take very good care of them * Amenities: This hotel has ground floor rooms which gives you a villa experience. Suite rooms on the top. Also, here you can enjoy, bonfire, private bonfire and music arrangements, pool table, table tennis, racquets, chess etc Games * Parking: This Hotel has huge private parking space, so no issues of parking or safety Nevertheless, the owner-Mr Uday is a gem, and he himself take really good care of guest in the hotel.

Away from crowds, noise, and still well connected and located, this hotel offers beautiful views from the balcony and windows of the room. Rooms are spacious, with enough room for a table set and stll a lot of space for free movement. Friendly staff is icing on the cake.

Visited in the month of January, had a very good family time, took the valley facing rooms on lower level with lawn in front of rooms. Rooms were very spacious, clean with all amenities. Reached on a sunny day followed by rainy day and ultimately witnessed heavy snowfall by the end of second day and which continued till next evening. The whole experience of our stay was made extremely comfortable despite the challenges after heavy snowfall. Excellent host Mr. Uday, very good hospitality staff and food was also very good. Our holiday was made memorable by the whole experience there. Will recommended to people looking for comfortable and relaxed stay with all amenities and recreation like indoor games, out door activities, bonfire and peaceful time with zero outside noise. I booked Fernhill Resort Chail for 1 night for 2 families (4 adults & a 4-year old). Stay was great & I would highly recommend this property. The whole booking experience was smooth. I had a direct word with Uday Vir on Hotel number provided on Google. Extremely proactive, understanding individual. I almost cancelled booking due to my son's ill health. When I informed him, he was ready to refund the amount right away. Additionally, his assistance throughout was great. My son's health improved & we made it to the place. One of the most picturesque & beautiful hotel locations I've been to with all notable tourist spots nearby. So much serene, away from city's hustle bustle, noise & pollution free. Ours was a massive family room with an amazing valley view. Hotel staff was welcoming & well behaved. Food was delicious & customized as per our needs. All other amenities were in-place. Thanks to Mr. Uday & hotel staff for the warm hospitality & exceptional service. An easy 5/5. Must visit.

Goods: 1. Hotel is clean & well maintained 2. Rooms are very spacious (major plus point) 3. View from hotel is amazing 4. Badminton, TT, cycling, chess available 5. Staff & Manager Uday ji are courteous 6. Food was also good, however there is slight scope of improvement in taste Over all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Chail
